Studio 1:10 is a young, talented and dynamic multidisciplinary design practice based in Bangkok, Thailand. Although we call metropolitan Bangkok “home”, we have worked with clients across the region and globally.
Our designs are sensible, yet vigorous, creating a response that is well suited to their surroundings. Our attention to details and materiality ensures these projects continue to be relevant over time. We believe that each design process is unique and our hands on approach is tailored to each client’s needs. Through meaningful relationships with our clients, we strive to achieve the best results that both parties are satisfied with.
Studio 1:10 provides full interior and architectural services including: feasibility study, concept design, design development, tender & construction documentation, project management, interior styling and furniture procurement. The studio is also developing a number of signature furniture, lighting & textile projects.
JOKO TANDIJONO - CO-FOUNDER
After successful stints in Paris, Sydney and Melbourne, Joko established Studio 1:10 Bangkok (Thailand) in 2018. Prior to co-founding Studio 1:10, Joko co-founded Bloom Architecture Phnom Penh (Cambodia) in 2015. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Joko has been involved in many types of design projects varying from residential both single and multi to hospitality, retail and corporate. Joko combines creative design ideas with a hands on approach to create projects with characters. He is highly involved in the design process by working closely with clients in concept stages, developing design schemes and overseeing construction to ensure all standards are met.
PAULA BARRIONUEVO PAEZ - CO-FOUNDER
Having graduated from Madrid, Paula has earned professional experience both nationally and internationally. In 2015, she joined Bloom Architecture where she met Joko and later on, alongside him, co founded Studio 1:10 Bangkok in 2018. With her outstanding management of client relationship and project coordination, Paula has carried several projects from early concept design to completion. She specializes in beautiful bespoke residential and commercial interiors. Paula’s creativity and her initiative design approach enables her to deliver project with exceptional quality which best suited the client’s need.
